Abstract
The article presents the results of the investigation of NMR characteristics of protons contained in sunflower lecithins. The basic requirements for creating NMR simulant samples of proton characteristics contained in sunflower lecithins are formulated. The results of the investigation of NMR characteristics of organosilicon fluids of various brands are presented in order to select the most effective simulant samples. The composition of simulant samples of NMR proton characteristics contained in sunflower lecithins is developed, the application of which will significantly simplify the process of calibration and verification of NMR analyzers.

Abstract
The article presents the results of a long-term research performed by national and international scientists in field of intensification of the process of sucrose extraction from sugar beet cossettes. The data characterizing the efficiency of electrical treatment on the structure of sugar beet tissue and changes in its physical properties are presented. The quality indicators of diffusion and purified juices obtained by classical and experimental technologies are given. The prospects of introduction of technologies for the processing of sugar beet cossettes by electric and electromagnetic fields in the sugar beet industry are estimated.

Abstract
The article presents data on the effect of the method of application of "Tomato Powder" and "Topinambur Powder" food additives on technological modes of production and quality of sweet bakery products. On the basis of studies technological modes of production of sweet bakery products enriched with "Topinambur Powder" and "Tomato Powder" food additives have been developed. Abstract
The relevance of the researched problem is determined by the fact that dog-rose fruits contain vitamin C in high concentrations, which has a number of unique beneficial properties, it is a natural antioxidant and detoxicant capable of removing practically all known harmful and toxic compounds from the body, including heavy metals. To assess nutritional properties and values as a vegetable food additive syrup, particular attention was paid to the high content of such nutrients as ascorbic acid (vitamin C) - 3.79-3.84%, citric acid - 1, 58-1.64% pectin substances - 14.10-14.65% and crude fiber - 12.52-12.67 in the fruit pulp of this variety.

Abstract
Currently, there is an insufficient supply of protein and dietary fiber to the human body with food. The article considers the development of whey beverage with functional properties with the use of a cereal additive. The substantiation of the use of whey as the basis of the beverage and barley as a plant component, the formulation, the calculation of the biological value of the protein component and the supply of dietary fiber when using the recommended portion of the product is presented.

Abstract
The article considers the design of the device, the work of which is based on the principles of chromatography to identify the mobile phase of volatile organic compounds in food. The structure of the device allows to analyze the amount of volatile substances released by the test sample, and to compare this amount with similar data for fresh food. A comparative analysis of the results of measuring the content of volatile organic substances with reference values of the quality indicators of food products is carried out automatically. The results of the examination are displayed on the monitor in alphanumeric format. Chromatographic method of investigation allows to determine quantitative values of food quality (freshness) indicators for the content of ammonia, hydrogen sulphide and alcohol vapors in them.

Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the possibility of obtaining and using an immobilized complex stabilizer to enhance the colloidal resistance of beer. The pH zones of action and temperature range of the immobilized enzyme preparation have been experimentally established. The result of the experiment of hydrolysis of high molecular beer polypeptides with immobilized G 10x Protosubtilin is given. The physicochemical parameters of the beer sample under study are evaluated. Research results can be used to stabilize beer, wine, juices, etc.

Abstract
Technology and regulated parameters for the production of a new type of specialized product - "Sophia" biologically active additive (BAAD) have been developed. The controlled parameters include mixing the components for 10 minutes, mixing when preparating a mixture for granulation - 1 hour per 100 kg, drying with wet granulation at 65 ± 5 ° C to a residual moisture of 3-5%, dry granulation with a № 3 and № 5 mesh, mixing the components in the preparation of tabletting mixture is 1 hour per 100 kg, stirring for 15 minutes and homogenization for 10 minutes during the film coating process. The study of quality and safety indicators for production and storage, which allowed to establish the hygienic well-being of the product, regulated qualitative characteristics, terms and modes of sale- 3 years in dry, protected from light, at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C have been determined.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the effect of "Pear powder" food additive on baking pressed yeast activation. It is established that the use of the studied food additive in the process of activating baking pressed yeast has a positive effect on their lifting power. It is revealed that the introduction of the studied "Pear powder" food additive in the amount of 1.5% to the mass of flour at the stage of activation of baking pressed yeast reduces the duration of the activation process by 1 hour.

Abstract
The article presents the main results of long-term studies of Persica vulgaris (Mill.) plants grown on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory. Collectible sorting of peach is carried out on an area of 0.5 hectares in the Scientific and Production Department of Subtropical and Southern fruit crops of the Institute at an altitude of 50-70 m above the sea level in model trees of varieties and clones of very early, early, middle and late maturation. To determine the varietal stability of peaches to unfavorable environmental conditions water regime indicators have been assessed. Physiological indicators that diagnose functional state of plants, their resistance to stress factors and yield have been revealed.

Abstract
The article is devoted to assessing the shape of tree trunks in experimental forest crops in the Vologda region. Experimental cultures are of considerable theoretical and practical interest. Shapes of trunks in the forest cultures of the Northern European Russia have not been investigated. The article presents data on the q2 form coefficient in the experimental forest cultures of spruce fir. A comparative assessment of the shape of trunks in plantations created by different methods and with the use of different types of agrotechnical and forestry care has been made. Correlations between the form and other parameters of tree trunks are revealed. The results can be used to replenish data on the shape of tree trunks in forest crops, to clarify and understand the processes in cultures of this age, to simplify the procedure for the selection of high-quality tree trunks for q2.

Abstract
The work deals with assessing the productivity and quality of tree trunks in pine plantations of natural origin under the influence of forestry activities in the Vologda region. The article presents the data of forestry and taxation indicators of forest stand and external convexity of tree trunks. The results can be used to supply data on productivity and quality of tree trunks in forest plantations of pine of natural origin, to simplify the procedure of selection of high-quality tree trunks.

Abstract
Plant growth regulators are among the safest and show a stimulating effect on a wide range of plants. The scientific work is devoted to the study of the influence of pre-sowing treatment with eucalyptus (Folium Eucalypti) and celandine (Herba Chelidonii) on the development of wheat, beet and corn seedlings. Seed germination has increased by 2-12%. Eucalyptus showed the maximum effect on root growth: the root length increased by 3.7% for wheat, 15% for beets and 80% for corn in comparison with the control.

Abstract
The aim of the research has been to determine optimal methods of presowing treatment of seeds of Pinus sylvestris by various growth stimulators. The growth and survival rate of seedlings grown from seeds treated with growth stimulators have been observed for two years. High survival rate of two-year seedlings of Pinus sylvestris has been observed in variants with soaking and spraying seeds in extrasol (54.9 - 73.7%). Also it is possible to note variants with soaking in a humate for 18 hours with a survival rate of 59.0% and with watering soil with АridGrow activator (59.9%). Two-year seedlings have shown the longest roots and trunks when soaked in GNB stimulant (5 minutes), in humate (18 hours) and watering the soil with AridGrow (8.6 cm). The average wet weight of the stems ranged from 1.1 g when spraying seeds with a 0.05% solution of extrasol to 2.5 g when watering with АridGrow. When sprinkling seeds with extrasol in another concentration (0.1%), the weight of the trunks and roots was on the second place, 2.1 and 0.3 g respectively. From all the variants of the experiment only one variant (spraying with extrasol of 0,05%) lagged behind the control seedlings. Correlation analysis has shown that the length and weight of the trunk are closely related (correlation coefficient is 0.86), as well as the root mass and trunk weight (0.83). It’s been revealed that stimulants influence the growth and survival of seedlings in various ways. For the conditions of the Northern Kazakhstan presowing treatment of Pinus sylvestris seeds using soaking (5 minutes) and spraying with GNB stimulator is more preferable than soaking in humate (18 hours) and watering the soil with AridGrow activator.

Abstract
The analysis of decorative features of woody shrubs on the objects of greening of general and limited use in Saratov is given. Periods of ornamental decorations are established depending on the phenological phases of shrubs. Types of shrubs are distributed according to the timing and duration of flowering. Analysis of the color range of flowers and inflorescences has revealed the dominant shades of flowering of shrubs. The types of shrubs are divided into groups according to the color of the autumn coloring of the leaves, and its seasonal changes are noted. The significance of the fruiting characteristics for improving the decorativeness of plantations during the autumn-winter period is substantiated. Recommendations are given to expand the range of shrub species to improve the aesthetic characteristics of urban green spaces.

Abstract
The influence of Turion fungicide and Elant Premium herbicide on the growth, development and productivity of winter wheat on leached chernozems in the Krasnodar Territory has been determined. The use of fungicides for dressing seeds of winter wheat before sowing has increased its yield. As a result of the studies, a positive effect of the joint use of fungicide, herbicide and complex mineral fertilizers on the formation of productivity of winter wheat agrocenosis has been determined.

Abstract
One of the problems of forestry in the zone of coniferous-deciduous forests is the irrational use of sites occupied by softwood plantations of poor quality. The article presents the analysis of the nectar bearing production of soft-leaf plantations using the example of birch forests of the Bryansk region “Dubrovskoye lesnichestvo” in order to justify the possibility of its increase with the help of forest management measures. For this purpose, the task of determining the nectar bearing production by the vegetation tiers has been carried out at different fullness of the stand. It has been established that a significant biotechnological effect can be obtained with a strong intensity of dilution of high-density stands with an admixture of small-leafed linden, and the area occupied by similar low-density plantations should be taken into account when compiling the honey balance of the apiary.

Abstract
The article describes the results of studies of the effect of a natural feed supplement based on the bottom sediments of the Khan Lake of the Krasnodar Territory on the development of internal organs of young laying hens. It has been experimentally confirmed that there are no pathologies in the structure of internal organs of the poultry of experimental groups when feeding the studied fodder additive.
