Abstract
The article presents research in the field of drying mussel meat. In the course of the studies, the value of shrinkage coefficient for mussel meat is determined, which affects technological parameters of the drying process. Factors affecting properties of dried products are described, depending on the conditions and duration of storage. According to the results of the study, moisture is determined by detecting dependence of the VH bulk volume on the mн bulk mass in the process of mussel meat drying. The results of the research testify to the advisability of taking into account technological properties of raw materials on the choice of rational parameters for processing mussel meat.

Abstract
To ensure cigarette safety the components of tobacco smoke - nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide are monitored. When determining the content of these substances, the correctness and stability of analytical processes are of great importance, which is ensured by the use of control samples. A project of interstate standard on the requirements for the control sample and its application, which is necessary for testing cigarettes, as well as for carrying out inter-laboratory comparative tests has been developed.

Abstract
The article analyzes modern methods of quality control of rice grain and products of its processing developed by foreign scientists. The analysis of available foreign scientific publications has shown that solving the problem of the duration and accuracy of laboratory tests of the component composition of grain mass and characteristics of rice quality is an urgent international task. Computer vision systems which are used to characterize properties of raw materials, assess its quality and the quality of finished products are promising in terms of solving this problem. However, the known methods for assessing the quality of rice grain and products of its processing, proposed by foreign scientists, have a major drawback, namely, duration of the method implementation, as a result of which there is no possibility of operative quality control of rice grain, which does not allow regulating and stabilizing treatment regimes for some stages of technological process.

The article studies the impact of grain storage conditions determined by the parameters of temperature and relative humidity of the environment on the indices of technological dignity (TD) and the proposed indicator of technological potential (TP) of soft wheat grain. The detected dependence will allow managing TP of soft wheat grains under different storage conditions.

Abstract
The processes of the formation of the carbohydrate-amylase complex (CAC) of soft wheat in Kazakhstan depending on natural and climatic conditions of the region, of a precursor have been studied, correlation and regression processing of the data have been carried out. Regression equations describing dependences of CAC indicators on natural and climatic conditions allow predicting the CAC of soft wheat grains depending on the studied factors.

Abstract
The current use of mechanisms of public-private partnership (PPP) is considered, in particular: the ratio of the number of PPP projects being implemented and the volume of financial obligations of private investors; distribution of the number of PPP projects in terms of infrastructure and investment; dynamics of growth in the number of PPP projects; the amount of private investments in PPP projects in terms of state power levels. The algorithm of methodical substantiation of the efficiency of PPP application for sustainable development of the regional economy is proposed.

Abstract
The dynamics of agricultural production and the index of agricultural production in Russia, in the Southern Federal District and the Republic of Adygeya are considered. As a result, the main problems of agriculture are identified and strategic directions for ensuring sustainable growth of the industry are outlined. Measures to improve agricultural policy to increase the profitability of agricultural production are proposed: consolidation of subsidies, a new system of lending, improving budgeting and concessional lending to agriculture.

Abstract
The article analyzes dynamics of key parameters of the functioning of the tourist sphere of the Krasnodar Territory. It is indicated that relatively new directions of tourism (rural, yacht, water, cruise, wine, gastronomic, ethnographic) are constantly being formed and developing in the territory of the region, and active kinds of tourism (cycling, hiking, skiing, etc.) are developing. Among the main directions of the development of the tourist complex of the region are creation of the mountain-climatic resort of Lagonaki and the objects that ensure its functioning, as well as creation of the tourist and recreational cluster Abrau-Utrish (the cities of Novorossiysk and Anapa). The importance of effective management of the objects of the Olympic heritage in the context of the realization of the tourist potential of the region is noted.

Abstract
As a result of many years of research, the influence of various fertilizer systems and soil treatment methods on the main indicators of soil fertility of chernozem leached in crop rotation was revealed. The use of organic optimal and organomineral enhanced fertilizer systems combined with minimizing soil processing in crop rotation ensured an increase in the humus content for all the layers studied, on average from 0.1 to 0.5%.

Abstract
The article presents the results of persimmon hybridization (Diospyros kaki L.,). A number of crossings was carried out, where the best zoned varieties such as “Djiro”, “Hiakume'” were used as maternal forms and “Zenji-Maru”, “Fuyu”, “Geili”, D.virginiana as paternal forms. A wide variety of hybrid material was obtained. In the early stages of the development of seedlings the forms were distinguished in the crossing combinations of “Djiro” x “Geili”, “Hiakume” x “Fuyu” according to indirect cultural features. Inter-specific hybrids from the combination of 'Djiro'x D.virginiana are of great value for the creation of winter-hardy hybrids.

The Giaginsky region has valuable soil resources. The main task of each farm in the region is to increase the yield of cultivated crops and increase their total volume. This is possible with the rational use of lands, fertilizers, introduction of new technologies soil processing soil, protecting them from erosion. For successful and effective application of these measures, it is necessary to study the soil cover of individual farms and the region as a whole.
