Abstract
The article presents research in the field of influence of ultrasonic vibrations on distillates of vegetable oils, in particular rapeseed and sunflower. In the course of the research, the main physico-chemical indices of distillates of vegetable oils were determined after their sonication. A laboratory facility for carrying out experimental work is described. According to the test results, the intensity of ultrasonic radiation is determined to produce distillates with new qualitative indices. The results of these studies indicate that the use of ultrasonic technologies in the processing of rapeseed and sunflower oil distillates improves the quality of the latter, and also extends the scope of their subsequent processing.

Abstract
The data describing the composition of antioxidants contained in food additives obtained using innovative technologies from secondary plant resources formed at fruits and vegetables processing are given. It has been established that the researched food additives provide a reliable decrease in the mass fraction of malonic dialdehyde and diene conjugates in the blood serum of animals of the experimental groups as compared to the control group of animals. The obtained data allow drawing a conclusion that the researched food additives exhibit antioxidant properties. It’s been revealed that food additives exhibit hepatoprotective properties, along with antioxidant properties, characterized by a significant decrease in the level of activity of liver enzymes. By the degree of manifestation of these properties, the researched food additives can be arranged in a row (in descending order): “Grape seeds powder” ® “Apple powder”® “Pumpkin powder”.

Abstract
A mathematical description of the extraction process with impregnation of a porous raw material in a multistage countercurrent cascade is give, which led to the conclusion that the increased porosity of the extracted material leads to a decrease in the extraction depth at other equal conditions.

Abstract
In the course of the experiment, natural biologically active substances were selected to enrich the buttery biscuits. Optimum dosages of additives - oatmeal flour and sugary laminaria powder, providing a physiological effect are determined. The paper presents the results of the investigation of the influence of laminaria powder on the structural and mechanical properties of the dough, as well as the quality characteristics of finished products.

Abstract
The influence of food additives of “Jerusalem artichoke tubers powder”, “Hedge-rose fruit powder” and nonfat sunflower lecithin on structural and mechanical characteristics of fat filling for waffle products was studied. It was found that optimal structural and mechanical characteristics of the fat filling were provided with the dosage of a complex of food additives of 10% instead of powdered sugar and replacement of liquid soya lecithin with nonfat sunflower lecithin.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the adsorption of sunflower oil pigments on the surface of protonated diatomite. It is found that the degree of extraction of β-carotene from the oil by protonated diatomite depends mainly on the amount of adsorbent, and the degree of extraction of chlorophyll A depends on the magnitude of the positive charge of the surface of the protonated diatomite, which increases with the addition of 1 mass % of aluminum hydroxide.

Abstract
The studies have revealed that flax oilseed sown on herbicide fallow ripened faster compared to options on wheat stubble, for an average 4-6 days. Crops on wheat stubble were inferior to those of herbicide fallow by 3-7% in terms of the overall survival of plants. The highest yield of flax oilseed was shown in the herbicide fallow with a row spacing of 23 cm. The application of desiccation 10 days prior to harvesting increased the yield of this crop by 5-7%.

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of honey productivity of forest areas after conducting sanitary measures in pine and fir plantations of the Training and Experimental Forestry of the Belarusian State University of Forestry in order to identify the optimal conditions for the collection of honey in them. For this purpose, the problem to determine honey production of different parcels of the researched areas has been studied. The completeness of the cutting area is determined, which ensures maximum honey productivity, factors of the formation of crimson parcels are revealed.
