Mechanism of implementation of an enterprise strategy

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to develop the methodological basis for the development and implementation of an enterprise strategy. The methodological basis of the study is presented by a system-activity approach, which allows to explore the process of strategic management of an enterprise, taking into account the interrelationships of the functions of developing and implementing an organizational strategy. On the analysis of methodological approaches to the organization of strategic enterprise management, it is substantiated that the modern model of strategic management is focused on the functional characteristics of the process of implementing strategic management in the presence of an inseparable connection between the general system of enterprise management and strategic management as an organizational process.
