Modeling the development dynamics of the regional intellectual resources
Abstract
The role of intellectual resources in the development of the regional digital economy has been indicated. A model of development of intellectual resources of the region (IRR) based on “soft” growth models has been formulated. The options for the IRR development with different parameters of the model have been investigated. The modes of stable and unstable equilibrium have been highlighted. Recommendations for the development of the regional intellectual resources have been formulated on the basis of the study of mathematical models of IRR growth.
